Hatch’s website was built to allow the job seekers to create profiles detailing their services, and with search functionality for companies to find the best fit. Weberous also designed the portal to include payment processing capabilities. Companies could hire and pay for the executives’ services, via an interim or on demand model, making it a convenient all-in-one location to manage the business relationship.
